Constant calls, meetings, and emails every step of the way during a project, and for the ongoing work we receive regular updates that are quite detailed too. We aren't drilling down into the weeds about clicks, visits, speeds, etc., because the pandemic has forced our business to just coast for the time being. With no staff available, we can't take on more children, so for the time being we are maintaining the SEO work for the website, and they are providing us with assistance in our hiring efforts.
