During development, we communicated every day, almost hourly, on the project’s progress. The project lead and I were in constant contact about tracking project hours and the budget. Arck Interactive helped us understand what we needed to do to meet specific budget requirements. They attended our daily morning standups on Webex; they also set up Webex meetings whenever we wanted to ask questions, talk through something, or provide feedback. Also, Arck Interactive accommodated our strict deadline and made sure we met it. They did whatever it took to finish the project on time; their engineers worked long hours through nights and weekends.
