Please describe your company and your position there.
I was working as an International Marketing Consultant for multiple global brands based in Berlin, Germany. I was given budgets to handle lead generation from international markets outside of Europe.

We hired them for performance based campaigns and their lead generation capabilities is not just admirable in quantitative but also in qualitative fashion.
What were your goals for this project?
We always had strong sales target to achieve. What makes them invaluable is their generosity to support more than expected to deliver always an overwhelming outcome. It was only this which kept our business relationship going healthy.

It was through a recommendation via an expert within my network. I only had to try them blindly due to the trust on my network. And experimenting was basically the key to help them prove what they are capable of.

I must admit that I might have underestimated them a bit but not after I saw the outcome and heard their inferences during first review meeting. It was very insightful and thought provoking to try different communication approaches rather than having to worry about the channels.

3 key team members. General Manager, Account Manager and Sales Advisor. Their combined dedication and mind gave a lot of quick insights about multiple markets that we dealt with.

The Email DB is probably one of their greatest asset. What distinguishes them is their generosity to give more than asked in most cases. I think that makes them special and that becomes a reason for me to write this review purely.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I am in doubt if I can think of any improvement tips for them right now as I seemed to have a very smooth business relationship with them. But I guess they should value themselves more to get paid more and eventually keep their employees more happier and healthier.
