I am the director of a retail company that sells wholesale products on Amazon.

We created our Amazon account and due to the zero knowledge of our VA, the account was suspended. E-ALPHA was hired to get our Amazon Account Reinstated. They did a great job reinstating our account, which is why we choose their services to manage our account.

The main scope was to reinstate our Amazon account. This team of professionals literally took the burden off my shoulder and they did what ever it takes to reinstate my account. They called amazon before submitting the appeal. They made sure to understand all the requirements of amazon before submitting the appeal.

3 members of the E-ALPHA team worked with me. CEO of the company who was reporting to me directly and was keeping me updated on all of their work. Amazon Compliance Manager and a team member were also involved to deliver the best reults.
