I’m the CEO of Niztech Solutions LLC, a general contracting and construction management firm. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality customized structural and engineering solutions for commercial and residential clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Camotech Solutions?

We wanted to completely outsource our front-office operations, customer call management, and dispatch coordination to a dedicated external team. Specifically, we wanted to eliminate missed customer calls during our peak business hours, speed up our order processing, and entirely remove the hiring, training, and management burden from our internal leadership team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Camotech Solutions has taken over our whole front office. They’ve set up a dedicated team to answer all our calls from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., handle customer support and bookings, and hook up our RingCentral and CRM systems with some AI tools to speed up the administrative tasks. Basically, they handle all of it so we don’t have to deal with the hiring and training.On a daily basis, their team is on the phones taking customer calls, handling live bookings and order-taking, and running upselling scripts to boost our order values. On the tech side, they keep our RingCentral running smoothly and ensure every lead and call gets logged straight into our CRM without us having to touch it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 25% jump in booking conversions because we’re not missing any more calls. Our average response time has dropped to under a minute. Plus, Camotech Solutions has freed up easily 20–30 hours a week for our management team since we don’t have to babysit the phones or deal with scheduling anymore.

How did Camotech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Camotech Solutions’ project management is super on point. They’ve actually gotten the whole system and the team set up a few days ahead of schedule. We use Slack and quick updates to stay in touch, and they’ve never missed a deadline or left us hanging. They’re super responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Honestly, it’s probably how fast they’ve gotten the whole setup running. Usually, setting up call systems and training agents takes weeks, but Camotech Solutions has had it all live and running smoothly in a few days without any headaches. They’ve actually paid attention to our specific scripts and CRM workflow, too, which we don’t always get with offshore teams.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s not much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, it’d be just smoother communication during the very first week of onboarding. A couple of the initial call transfers to our main office got a bit tangled up while they were figuring out our dispatch routing, but they’ve sorted it out pretty fast. Otherwise, they’ve been solid.
