Assistify gives Shopify and ecommerce brands a dedicated customer support agent who works under the brand's name, inside the tools the brand already uses.
We offer four services: live chat support, email support, inbound phone support and ecommerce store management. Each store gets its own agent, never shared with another client. Your agent learns your products, policies and tone of voice, and works 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, on the hours you choose. Longer hours, weekends and 24/7 cover are available on request.
Our agents take real actions, not just reply: they process refunds, returns, exchanges and order changes in Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk and the other tools our clients use. Our store management agents handle listings, inventory, orders, returns, apps and marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
Most stores go live within 2 to 5 days of the first call. Every client gets a report every two weeks on what customers are asking and what we've changed. Pricing is clear and published: from $399 a month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract.
Since 2017 we have supported more than 100 brands across fashion and apparel, health and wellness, beauty, accessories and tours and activities, with an average customer satisfaction score of 95%. Our clients are mostly in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe.
Assistify is led by founder Saif Sheikh, who has worked in customer support since 2017 and personally checks the quality of every account.
