Launch Online always takes into account our time and budget. When we agree on a budget, they're very strict about it, so they always deliver on budget or at a lower cost. Still, whenever we see a campaign is performing very well, we increase the budget, and their team reacts very quickly to implement changes and deliver within our timelines. As for communication, we meet either weekly or biweekly. Moreover, Joe and Josh are very proactive, have a lot of ideas, and stay really organized. They always ensure that everything is very smooth. I'm always amazed by how organized our sessions with Launch Online are, as are their work and processes.
