I've just launched my company and wanted to build the awareness of the brand and specially its products. I needed more traffic and conversions to brand's website through its social media accounts.

I wanted to increase the sale of just launched products.

We had a meeting, which helped to define the brand needs. Then MONSOON proposed a set of digital marketing ideas and tools which would help me to achieve sales goals. I chose one of the proposals and then the social media marketing strategy was brought to life. We have started social media campaign (Facebook, Instagram), tested different ads to optimize them. The project is still ongoing and is being adjusted thanks to MONSOON alertness.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The sale has significantly increased, so one of the set goals is being achieved. Besides we have acquired new followers and among them some active, quality users, which lets us build brand awareness as well as engaged public.

The communication goes smoothly, updates are assured. Our brand is brand new on the market, so the process of promoting it is flexible and changeable. MONSOON always keeps an eye on the project, coming up with ideas that navigate the process in the right direction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They combine their knowledge and digital marketing experience with creativity. They are open-minded and ready to experiment, but at the same time all their moves are reasonable, justified... and successful! Besides, they are really keen on what they are doing.

MONSOON was a special support in our release-phase, within a short time and with a lot of knowledge, Lasse and his team set up a coverage of online ads for all of our needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to support our sales with online ads, we did some in the future but wanted a better coverage which fits in our other marketing activities.

How did you select this vendor?

I knew Lasses work from further projects and was excited to ask him for help with MONSOON. Since I know him and his skills, there was no doubt in choosing MONSOON.

MONSOON took care of all of our online-ads, including google and social media, directed and optimized the ads for the best invest-outcome ratio. They recommended changes and always had an eye on whats going on. MONSOON sent us a weekly reporting about everything, and we also talked on a weekly basis in general.

I worked closely with Lasse and sometimes with Monika, both of them are super-professional and motivated!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the Ads were online, our Sales increased, the longer we worked together, the more the sales raised with MONSOON's advice and work. Our expectations were exceeded and together with MONSOON we had the best season of sales since the company was founded. In combination with other activities, we can say that Ein guter Plan brand awareness increased as well, our social media followers increased appr. by 25% .

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and handling of our needs was excellent. We had no problems to change things, even abruptly stopping or changing the ads was no problem. All of the team at MONSOON had a real interest for our product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are able to adapt to your workflow, they're flexible in handling your needs and helpful in consulting. For me, personally, the communication is one of the biggest hurdles when working with agencies, but with MONSOON it was a pleasure and totally uncomplicated.

Just stay like that. You're brilliant.

I’m the co-founder of a company that focused on tenancy protection. We believe that every tenant should have rights while renting. If a renter runs into a problem with a landlord, they can join our club and our partners will aid them in figuring out the legal situation. We work with them to find solutions to their tenancy problems.

We wanted to increase traffic and conversions coming into our company through online search engine advertising. It was important for us to grow our efforts with Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prior to bringing on their team, we were handling our Google Ads account on our own. They took it over upon being onboarded and set up tests to organize the account and improve tracking. Their team recommended solutions to us based on their knowledge of Google PPC algorithms. Our teams worked closely to iterate on our strategy throughout our relationship.  

In addition to their digital marketing services, we’ve also discussed the potential for social media advertising and brand strategy.

So far, through their customer engagement tracking, our traffic has more than doubled and our cost per customer has been cut in half.

We had a weekly call with them during which we’d discuss strategy and operational execution of the work. Our meetings always went well, and they were able to meet our set deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a very analytical approach, focusing on the actual results rather than what seems best. When working with them, their high-energy and willingness to go the extra mile for us is refreshing. They’ll even work evenings in urgent times if needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind. They’re a smaller company, so they should be able to specialize more as they grow.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They have strong abilities, so I’d recommend partnering with them. Because they’re smaller, they can tend to get busy though.

Since working with Monsoon, we’ve seen an increase in quality traffic and engagement. They’re also helping us generate a notable uptick in conversions. The strategies we’ve put in place have proven highly effective and were very easy for our small team to implement.

Our account manager and his team deliver on time and often come to meetings with new ideas. We really enjoy working with them. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
