For me it is the level of expertise that BetterWorld has or has access to that most impresses me. I have quickly come to trust their advise and judgement. I am also grateful to see continuity in the folks we are working with. Sometimes companies have 'start up' staff and then pass you off to someone else - which doesn't always work well. BetterWorld has not done that.

It was not just an Agile development of native apps. For the system to work, the mobile app had to have super-easy onboarding and had to have opt-in user profiles, while at the same time providing seamless configuration of beacons. When they were leaving in 2018, I had a conversation with them. They told me how much they loved the project and the people. They were always available to help even outside of their allocated hours. Kanda had a per-hour model, but they were always willing to jump on the project really quickly. There were challenges with our SaaS applications, but they were always upbeat and ready to learn and help our engineering team. They were always learning, and they had great personalities and people.
