I'm the marketing manager. We are represents 5 brands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sunrise Studio, and what were your goals?

We had a goal to create 4 sites in a short time. We have looking for responsible and professional company to achieve the goal. Our main goal was to increase our traffic by creating sites for each brand and give advertisement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First of all, we have created a shortlist of 5 the most trustable IT companies in Kyrgyzstan, then after a long discussion, we have chose Sunrise Studio.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We were looking for the agency which could develop 3-4 websites on Python. Sunrise Studio took the responsibility, made it more user-friendly and less prone to bugs. We sat down with Alybek (CEO) and discussed the projects. From that point, he worked with the rest of the team to design and develop the websites.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was 2 project managers. Also, there were 8 developers working and 1 UI/UX designer on 4 projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching sites, we have created a full range of marketing, it become easier for our clients to take information, prices and services from us. It means, that we can prepare clients before visiting us. Additionally, we can run advertisement in digital. Since we had to do sites according to standards, our sites perfectly matched the appearences.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had communicated with two project managers who had separated sites by responsibility. Weekly, our manager sent a report on the work done and current works. We had created workchat in whatsapp where they can share their information, and we could sent our feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us the sites on time. After, they teached our marketing manager how to work with site, how to add news and update models. Even, after the work they were very responsive and taking our projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When they had launched our first site, there were mini bug in mobile version of site. But they find it by themselves and fixed it, before pre-warned us.
