Uprite Services meets deadlines and stays within budget. They're constantly checking on us, and we get email reports every morning. Every month, we also get a monthly standard bill detailing the different things they're monitoring for us. Overall, their customer service has exceeded our expectations. Their team is local, so we don’t have to call someone far away to come to our office if there’s an issue. We communicate through phone calls and emails. Everyone is doing a great job. We have great teammates like Brian, but I can't recall everyone's names.
