TechPulse - IT Support & Managed IT Company ensures all our equipment is updated and fully supported. They keep our servers updated, backed up, and operating efficiently. They provide protection from viruses and hacking. They troubleshoot computer problems to save time for onsite personnel. Recently, they have also helped greatly with cybersecurity concerns and training for our company so we can meet banking/payment needs.Moreover, they supply labor for IT troubleshooting and support. They supply new computers and similar equipment along with onsite labor to set up services. The equipment includes servers, battery backup devices, new laptops, firewall equipment, and internet routers and Wi-Fi extenders.

TechPulse - IT Support & Managed IT Company has a timely and accurate resolution of issues and repeatability of solutions. If a user has an issue, they typically solve it within 1–2 hours. More complicated items are usually resolved within 24 hours. New computers arrive and are set up within 3–7 business days.Moreover, all major IT issues have drastically decreased after a year of using TechPulse - IT Support & Managed IT Company. They proactively recommend replacement devices before support ends. They also proactively back up all user data for quick restoration when problems occur to minimize downtime to hours rather than days. Since TechPulse - IT Support & Managed IT Company took over our IT, we've only gotten better.

They are wonderful, responsive, accurate, efficient, and timely. Yes, they deliver on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
