One thing that I really appreciated was receiving custom video tutorials for implementing specific Hubspot features from Dennis, when in an email I would receive a video link where he would do a video walkthrough for setting up a specific feature. I did like the personal touch of the virtual meetings, where every week we got an hour to check in and ask specific questions and then left the meetings with specific goals for the following week, and there were often check-ins throughout the week to make sure we were staying on track.
