      We usually communicate through email, but we also use BitBucket, where they upload the code. I can see it there and monitor their project. My own team then inspects the code to make sure it’s viable. Sometimes, there will be an error for some reason, and we’ll talk to them about it and they’ll fix it pretty quickly.

      I have a full-time project manager assigned to me, who doesn't work for anyone else. She is a graduate of a top-tier school in India and is a complete professional. She manages all of our tasks, and I don't know what I would do without her. My team is also exclusively dedicated to the project. We collaborate through JIRA and an internal tracking system, on top of email and spreadsheets. We follow an agile process and keep ample documentation. We showed our records to a partner who was very impressed with the level of documentation that we keep.
