What challenge were you trying to address with Appsder?

We needed to develop a mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The app is used to make money transfers, and I’m able to earn money via commission during each transfer. There are many agencies in the program, and each time people transfer money, these agencies charge a commission. Afterwards, the agencies pay the bill as well, then I’m able to collect the commission. The app is compatible for iOS and Android, and there’s a web app as well.

How did you come to work with Appsder?

I checked the Alibaba website, and then Appsder contacted me through WhatsApp. I inquired about their skills, and told them about my app idea, and they understood it. They talked to me for 2–3 days, and seemed friendly and happy to work on my project.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent U.S. $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January, and the engagement is currently is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app looks good. They’re currently helping me do updates and run tests, and have also helped me add more features.

How did Appsder perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a lot of experience. When I present a problem, they really know how to help me find a solution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve the security regarding money transfers, which is an important factor for me. They do provide testing on the security, though.
