The project included finding a VA that help with bad debt outreach and help decrease the workload on our location managers. The VA is to follow a report and reach out to the members on that report daily. The goal being that we decrease the amount of accounts that develop a balance that could potentially lead to the account being sent to collections

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Catching accounts ahead of time before their balance accumulates and gets sent to collections. Payments received have increased.

The team was quick to help us find candidates and help find the correct person for the task. They have been quick to communicate and check in frequently

Our first virtual assistant is still with us today. She has been a true asset to the company and continues to grow with our organization. 

Utilizing Hey Lieu, I was able to effectively weed out toxic staff within the organization and have a smooth transition.

Improve our operational efficiencies. Create effective Onboarding and training protocols. The ultimate test was for the administrative hire to be able to understand our training content from a fresh perspective. This was accomplished within 6 months of placement.

The first interview was less than 2 weeks from original discovery call. The assistant was on boarded within 48 hours.

Hyre has helped us identify and onboard some key players on our team. They help narrow the list to only qualified candidates so we’re putting our best foot forward. The team has hired remote staff to tackle required workloads for client engagements and internal initiatives. The specific roles they’ve helped us hire for include video and tech support roles.
