We hired Axcim to handle all our accounting, financial, and process management needs. We made it clear to them that they need to take full ownership of these services and deliver it to us which takes alot of workload from our company and makes our work easy.

We did research initially to find the best-suited company, Axcim was a new company but they already possed the knowledge and expertise of these services. They knew inside out of everything these services offered. They pitched it to us very well, which was one of the deciding factors for us, that they possed the knowledge very well.

We initially started out by outsourcing our accounting services to them, then gradually increased more financial-related services and then process management. They were involved in doing bookkeeping, financial forecasting, and arranging our internal process. They had to do a lot of research on it since this was an IT services-related domain. They used proper accounting software, it was really helpful since it helped us with filling our taxes.

They had an hourly billing which was very reasonable.

Our team of professionals assist our clients to obtain a realistic and economical design including all the desired components. Trescon Holdings also provides its clients with design and build solutions. Consisting of a well experienced contractor base, we provide our clients with versatile and economical construction works.

We did a few research on some of the best start up BPO companies and selected Axcim and the main deciding factors were proper delivery and high quality of work.

Axcim worked on structuring our back office process and also introduce new tools and software’s to make our work more organized, and also they made our customer service work flow more efficient and perfect.

Having them manage our process work flow has made our day to day operations seamless and productive. It has also helped us provide our clients with an exceptional service.
