However, I didn't have any issue in that regard while working with Intelivita. Being in the UK, their project manager was always available if I needed to call him. He often answered emails within an hour or two, but certainly within 24 hours and even on weekends.

Communication is amazing. The time difference is 10 and a half hours and they have accommodated my time frame. They'll have meetings in the middle of the night to accommodate me. Everything gets communicated well. If I send an email or a message it is responded to very quickly - within 24 hours. Any concerns that I have that something's not working right or if there's a bug they fix it immediately.

I think the communication has been especially good. I am a veteran in the event planning field, but I am new to app development. They've walked me through every step. Communication is fantastic. I just really appreciate that aspect of working with them. They put my mind at ease when something doesn't work. They tell me it's going to work and if I say I need something fixed because I don't like the way it looks, they say, "We want you to be happy, we will do it," instead of charging me for more work.
