      Communication and handling of our needs was excellent. We had no problems to change things, even abruptly stopping or changing the ads was no problem. All of the team at MONSOON had a real interest for our product. They are able to adapt to your workflow, they're flexible in handling your needs and helpful in consulting. For me, personally, the communication is one of the biggest hurdles when working with agencies, but with MONSOON it was a pleasure and totally uncomplicated.

      Phiture has done a very good job with project management. They’re very flexible, supportive, and adaptable, and they’ve been very responsive to a lot of change. We started using Asana to manage the project. I don’t know what Phiture could improve on. We’ve worked together through COVID-19, and we work remotely very well. They’re in Berlin, and I’m in the San Francisco Bay area, so time zones are the only challenge. However, they’re very flexible about that, and we’ve developed a very good synergy.
