Public Relations for Full-Service Plumbing & HVAC Company
5.0 May 4, 2018They are extremely easy to work with, but they don’t let me slack on deadlines. They are good at getting a hold of me and persisting and not taking it personally if I don’t answer. Before working with 10 to 1, we viewed PR people as slick salesmen, but 10 to 1 are the exact opposite. They are very down to earth, very nice, and not pushy at all.

Media Exposure for Senior-Focused Transportation Company
5.0 Nov 11, 2019They’re very responsive throughout the project. We primarily communicate through phone calls, email, and text, so they’re very accessible across all of those. Our communication style depends on what we’re trying to accomplish, so sometimes we meet in person, especially since we’re in the same location. Make sure everyone is on the same page during the first few meetings. If everyone understands the goal and communicates regularly, it’ll make the project smoother. They are easy to work with because they understand us.
