      They are just exceptionally organized. Their project management skills are off the charts. There are small things like after every meeting, their notes are succinct. Within an hour of the meeting, we have follow ups. They also meet deadlines. They're very proactive. It's changed our internal processes so we've adopted some of their processes because we saw first hand how well they worked and how efficient those practices were.
