      Yalantis, however, adapted to our toolsets and straddled the line between working within our existing infrastructure and bringing in new ideas. Despite the fact that we had a little bit of personnel turnover due to delays on our side, Yalantis was able to restart the project and get the new people ramped up quickly. Yalantis is happy to drive the project by putting their own structure in place or by adapting to yours, so you can expect that level of flexibility whether you want a hand-off type of project or want to be heavily involved in the process.

      They’ve consistently hit the speed KPI, which is essential for us. When the scope is defined, they’re great at estimating and hitting all the deadlines. They deliver everything they commit to. At the same time, they’ve been flexible when requirements change. With every release, we learn things, and priorities change. They’ve been great at adapting to those changes and being quite agile.
