      Yalantis’ project management is good. Their project manager is very proactive and stays on top of things. It’s unusual that I have to remind them about tasks — they take the initiative and bring up ideas. Additionally, Yalantis has helped create the next version of our project management. I’m very impressed, as they’ve done an excellent job managing the relationship, considering that we’re in a dynamic environment as a startup. Yalantis’ dedication is impressive — I’m confident that they can figure it out when we assign tasks. They have a lot of resources, so even though one of their developers is stuck on something, they can reach out to other teammates to get information.

      Yalantis has proactive management, solid technical skills, and good inputs for solutions. They work quickly and precisely. We see them as part of our team and treat them as such. It’s easy to underestimate the work required for complex technology like ours, so for our projects, Yalantis should (and already is) including more technical people in the beginning stages to ensure that there is a full understanding of the project scope. The Yalantis team does a good job of meeting our requirements, and we find their codes to be of good quality.

      Fortunately, my lead developer and I are very happy with the backend developer. He respects deadlines and provides quality code. Aside from being open to criticism, he often comes up with proactive suggestions. This is the case with the two frontend developers as well. Initially, we had an interview for the backend developer, but we don’t do this anymore. Since I trust Yalantis, I would usually go with the resources they offer. They’re close to Europe, so their work ethic and approach are similar to ours. We work through two-week iterations with the Ruby on Rails developer.
