      At first, a project manager was involved to oversee the progress. However, the main person we were working with quickly adopted our processes and we were able to continue directly with him, and only needed a brief follow up from the manager on occasion. The deliveries were timely and what was most useful is that this person became almost a team member that was simply delivering on their responsibilities. We are grateful with their work and also how they flexibly responded to the dynamic needs from our company.
