The company that I work for is the largest integrated energy Company in Southern and Eastern Europe and is active along the energy value chain: from exploration and production of oil and gas to refining and fuels distribution and further on to power generation and marketing of gas and power, providing the energy needed for day-to-day modern life: fuels for mobility, energy for light, and heat.

The integration of Qualysoft's resources with our internal B2B & B2C Sales Cards team was seamless and productive. 

The initial knowledge ramp-up period of 2-3 months was efficient, using shadowing and on-spot training, which facilitated a deep understanding of our processes and requirements. Qualysoft excelled in identifying repetitive errors and events, especially in the NFC/FOS areas. Their root analysis and development of both temporary workarounds and permanent fixes were crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of these systems. 

Their proactive approach in problem management significantly reduced potential disruptions. Qualysoft's proposal for performance improvements on NFC system components demonstrated their commitment to not only maintaining but also enhancing system efficiency and reliability. Regular project meetings, coordinated by CoE Cards DM, were well-handled, ensuring ongoing tasks were on track, and new tasks were effectively rescheduled and reassigned as needed. 

The documentation of meetings and alignment of team member availability were also efficiently managed. Qualysoft aligned very well with the deadlines for the delivery of project tasks. This reliability in meeting deadlines ensured the smooth progression of the project. The collaboration and communication was close and seamless.

They effectively coordinated with multiple parties for complex tasks, ensuring that these were executed in alignment with the strategies and needs of the internal B2B & B2C Sales Cards team. We benefited from regular progress reporting and all stakeholders were regularly updated and the few issues that arose were addressed promptly.

We faced rapidly evolving legal and fiscal landscapes, particularly the alignment with E-Invoicing, and we needed to swiftly adapt to shifting requirements while keeping up with the latest IT technologies and tools. Qualysoft enabled us to quickly scale our workforce. This agility significantly boosted our operational efficiency, allowing us to accelerate project completion and maintain a consistent rhythm.

Our primary objective in partnering with Qualysoft was the development and enhancement of core software products for electric chargers. This collaboration, especially with our team from Austria, focused significantly on quality assurance and the software development process. Qualysoft has been an integral extension of our team for over two years. We engaged them during a critical phase where rapid expansion of our technical team was essential, along with the need to bridge specific skill gaps.

Their expertise spans across multiple programming languages including Java 8, Python 3.9, PHP, JavaScript, Bash (Linux), and C, which has been vital in our project's progress. The project team from Qualysoft played an important role in both the creation and maintenance of high-level code, which consists of several components utilizing these varied technologies stacks. Their contributions have been valuable in not just maintaining our existing software infrastructure but also in innovating and adding new features to our current product, the P30 charger.

 Furthermore, Qualysoft's involvement was crucial in the development of M20, a mini-industrial computer designed to manage up to 200 chargers at a single location. Their forward-thinking approach to anticipating user-related issues and their proficiency in troubleshooting bugs have significantly enhanced the performance and reliability of our products. Qualysoft has been a key part of our team for several years, especially when we needed to quickly grow our technical team and fill in specific areas of expertise. 
They are skilled in various AI programming languages, including Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and C++, which have been crucial for our project. Working with them allowed us to focus on our strengths in AI research and development. The project was a success, even leading to the creation of a startup based on the product we developed together.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product allows a multinational banking and finance company to use our product in all their branches, making their invoice payment process more efficient and reducing labor costs by 60%. This change also made the payment department's work easier and more satisfying. The Deep Learning models in this product analyze different invoice combinations, figuring out which invoices look similar to each other. This predicts the chance that two invoices might be the same. We also set up a system where three separate neural networks come together. They vote on whether they think a pair of invoices is a duplicate, each with its own importance in the final decision. This method improves our ability to spot duplicate invoices by getting perspectives from multiple neural networks.

Qualysoft offered us the best resources, in terms of skilled candidates (dedicated team) that sustained us to launch the product and features on time, meeting our tight deadlines. This adaptability, coupled with their knowledge of the latest tech stacks (Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and C++,) and their ability to align them with specific business processes, positions Qualysoft as a long-term partner. What impressed me most was their commitment to delivering optimal solutions with both deep technical expertise and a good understanding of the banking industry's challenges. 
Their team treated our project with care, as if it were their own, strengthening our long-term partnership. Our collaboration was based on constant feedback and a good and close relationship from Qualysoft CEO to our CTO to the client level. The success of this project made us collaborate again on a new project, one year later, on a bigger project.
