Our project has come to phase where it was required to finish up some modules to meet deadlines. Logik Labs undertook the development of an internal tracking system to diligently manage orders, payments, and stocks within a 8-month timeline. Key deliverables, including real-time dashboards and detailed reports, were successfully delivered on time, aligning precisely with initial specifications.

Despite a single delay due to third-party application dependencies (payment provider Stripe and Amazon AWS mailing module), both parties maintained clear communication and worked collaboratively to address any setbacks. The resulting platform provides comprehensive insights into order flow, stock levels, and financial transactions, empowering efficient workflow management and informed decision-making for our e-commerce operations.

Technologies utilized included PHP, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services, and TypeScript, ensuring robust functionality and scalability for future growth.

Projects involved working on various important systems essential for our business. They worked on things like handling orders, managing campaigns, webshops content management systems. Our goal was to make these systems work better together and run smoother. The main goals were to improve how we handle orders, make our campaigns more effective, and control what happens on our webshop. 

The results focused on making our work processes easier, improving how orders move, making our campaigns more targeted, organizing our warehouse for efficiency, and keeping a closer track of sales. It wasn't just about fixing one thing; it was about making all these parts work well together. Success for us meant seeing real improvements in how we operate every day and how all these systems work together seamlessly.

We have hired LogikLabs to make a custom application for creative creation in eCommerce.Our goal is to get a standalone application that can be integrated into some of our legacy applications.

Key deliverables of the application are:

• Great UI/UX for creative creation: The application is designed to prioritize UX, ensuring that the UI is easy to use and visually appealing. This would involve careful consideration of design elements such as typography, color, and layout.
• Fast generation of creatives, including translation: The application is designed to enable rapid creation and iteration of creative content, including the ability to quickly translate content into different languages. This would likely involve a streamlined workflow, as well as integration with third-party translation tools or services.
• API access: The application provide an API that allowed external systems and platforms to access the content created within the application. This would likely involve careful consideration of data security and access controls, as well as documentation and support for external developers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Figma layout for application, which was delivered in 14 days. Based on the proposed layouts it was obvious they understand are main goals of the application
• API reference definition was delivered after 30 days, which was really important since application is planned to be connected with several of our legacy systems.
• LogikLabs accepted all our requests for changes and made them really fast

Yes, mostly all requests were delivered on time. During application development, we decided to do a small pivot in application functionality and they accepted that and made it on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Probably the best thing is they really put effort to understand what is the exact purpose of this application, and which business processes it support. They made really good questions in the research phase, to understand how this application should be implemented in our systems. Understanding the business behind the app was important, and it differentiated them from other vendors we had worked with before.

This application was really simple from UI/UX perspective, but in future, they should probably need to master or hire some UI/UX expert.

I run a B2B fruit delivery company and recently worked with Logik Labs to get a custom app made. Here's what I think about their work: The App: They built an app just for us. It works on tablets and is really easy to use. It fits right into how we work every day. Cool Feature: They connected our scales to the app. 
Now, when we weigh our fruits, the data goes straight into the app. It's a big help in keeping track of our stock. Talking to Our Accounting Software: They also made the app work with our accounting software. This saves us a lot of time and helps avoid mistakes when dealing with numbers.

Also, by using our resources better, we made our system work more smoothly and efficiently
