The invoicing process used to take roughly 20–25 minutes per account, and now we can get an invoice done in less than five minutes. The automation is incredible. We wanted Viagio Technologies to follow as many Opendorse processes as possible, so we utilized one of our scrum masters to do a lot of the ceremonies in Agile format. We relied on the Viagio Technologies team a bit to help with that, but we pulled a lot of that in-house. That said, they provide supplemental project management support, and the overall management of their team was really good.
