4.5 Oct 30, 2025The weekly calls were good and well organised with an agenda. This wasn't the case at first. At the start, we felt there were too many back-and-forths via Slack and were being sent on lots of 'side quests'. However, this got easier and more streamlined over time. I don't think it help that there were personnel changes on our side. Getting work into Notion was much more effective and made things much leaner. That being said, I don't always think the status of tasks was kept up to date. The TJ team were quick and responsive on Slack. Very helpful, approachable, and easy to get on with.
