Key deliverables and areas of work have included: - Brand positioning and messaging: Sharpening how we describe what we do and who we do it for, so the market sees us clearly and consistently. - Marketing strategy: Building a coherent strategy that genuinely reflects the business, rather than a generic template, and shaping how we go to market. - Ongoing strategic input: Acting as a sounding board on the bigger decisions, keeping me right on direction and helping me make better calls as situations come up. - Proactive partnership: Bringing ideas, flagging opportunities, and staying close to the business throughout, rather than waiting to be briefed. Throughout, Holly and Taylor have operated as an extension of our team. They stay invested in the outcome, respond quickly, and consistently move things forward without needing to be chased.

 Their project management has been excellent. Holly and Taylor are consistently on the ball, organised, and easy to work with. Deliverables have come through on time, and where timelines have shifted they've communicated early rather than letting things drift. What stands out most is their responsiveness. They reply quickly, stay close to the business, and I never have to chase. More often than not they're ahead of me, bringing things forward before I've thought to ask. When I've raised a need or a change in direction, they've adapted fast and without friction. It genuinely feels like working with an in-house team rather than an external agency. They take ownership, keep the work moving, and are clearly invested in getting it right.

The combination is rare. They're sharp on the strategy, reliable on the delivery, and genuinely good people to work with. They've become a team I trust to help steer the direction of the business, which is not something I'd say about most agencies.

They've been excellent throughout, none at all!
