Yes. Rapid communication via slack messaging and huddles, along with the occasional in-person meeting. Working directly with Segev and Leo changed our approach to marketing for the better. Leonardo and Segev were embedded in our team to help us grow. Their level of pro-activeness and lean use of budget helped put the marketing team at ease. Really enjoyed working with them and have learnt a lot along the way.

Generally, the project management was effective.

The weekly calls were good and well organised with an agenda. This wasn't the case at first. At the start, we felt there were too many back-and-forths via Slack and were being sent on lots of 'side quests'. However, this got easier and more streamlined over time. I don't think it help that there were personnel changes on our side.

Getting work into Notion was much more effective and made things much leaner. That being said, I don't always think the status of tasks was kept up to date. The TJ team were quick and responsive on Slack.
