They’re incredibly responsive. We usually text or call. I’ll see them in person when I go in to give them my ledgers. They’ve come to my office as well. If I have any questions, they’ll answer right away. They’re family-based. I feel like they take care of their customers really well. They know what each client is worth, and they do their best to keep them happy.
