The scope we have with InDinero is ongoing payroll support, accounting oversight (payables & receivables), payroll processing, fractional CFO support, among others.

We meet monthly to discuss our finances at a high level — talking about cash flow, cash on hand, future projections, and what our financial goals should be.

They help us process payroll bi-weekly.

They provide us with AR overdue summaries on a weekly basis so that we can get paid on time.

We have improved our margins on a consistent basis, mainly from being smarter about our expenses and understanding what revenue we needed to generate on a monthly basis. Our AR is consistently staying on track instead of running overdue all the time, allowing us to have a more consistent cash flow.

They are extremely responsive. We don't have much need to reach out to them outside of the scheduled meetings, but they also meet those deadlines and meeting times as expected.

Most impressive about Indinero is the fact that we haven't needed to hire a bookkeeper or finance person, even though we've raised $17 million in venture capital. We outsource our entire finance function to Indinero - they handle our taxes, bookkeeping, accounting, fraction CFO services, etc. If we need to add a subsidy in a new country, they can handle it. If we need to do a sales tax nexus study, they can handle it. We're very impressed with the breadth of services they offer.

Something Indinero coudl do better is creating their own mobile app for accessing the Indinero portal and messaging/files system.

InDinero was brought on to replace an existing outsourced accounting firm that had made a mess of our books and followed lax accounting controls/practices. For the first year of the project, InDinero helped us clean up our books and institue GAAP compliant policies, all while acting as our outsourced accounting firm in support of day to day business operations.

During their time with us, they have also providede fractional CFO services and acted as a consultant/subject matter expert during a proposed capital raise. This year, they're helping us think through and institue accounting practices in support of a new fintech platform we are developing and are providing guidance throughout the entire process to ensure we are GAAP compliant.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the first time in NeoReach history, we have a comprehensive deferred revenue schedule. We have written accounting policies and GAAP compliant procedures. We've also lowered the time to complete a month-end close from 30 days to less than 14. Our invoicing and payment timelines form our own vendors have seen a minimum 25% reduciton in the time to issue and collect.

Items are ALWAYS delivered on time and if there are extenuating circumstances, we are alerted ahead of deadlines so we're aligned on expectations. The InDinero team has often gone above and beyond for us- acting as SME on our financials for our capital raise, providing sage guidance and GAAP compliant advice as we build our fintech platform, and a number of other instances that are too numerous to count.

InDinero has continue to deliver on its commitments - they onboarded within 30 days, respond within 24 hours to any requests, and continue to maintain our financials within our deadlines.

Communication with the team is extremely clear. They communicate their timelines and will freely as if they're coming against hurdles. They will clearly communicate if there are shifts in staff or who takes on which responsibilities. We primarily use emails but will jump on calls if needed for larger discussions.

Although the engagement was temporary, due to their dedication to ensuring financial excellence and process enhancement, we've kept them on at a lower scale indefinitely. Their eagerness to learn new systems and processes while ensuring quality work is impressive. They work like it is their own.

For the most part, nothing, but it would be great if they could completely the tasks slightly more ahead of schedule so there would be more time for reviews prior to the next deliverable.
