Their response time has been excellent. (It is almost instant.)

Content and social media engagement also saw improvements, with increased LinkedIn post interactions and a consistent posting schedule that included regular blogs/articles and LinkedIn posts. In sales and market insights, the project generated a steady stream of qualified leads each month and maintained an up-to-date CRM system, providing reliable client data and follow-up actions.

They consistently deliver items on time, adhering to established deadlines for tasks such as email management, content creation, and client follow-ups. They maintain clear and proactive communication, regularly updating on progress and addressing any issues promptly. 

Whenever new needs or adjustments arise, the virtual assistant is quick to adapt and provide solutions, ensuring that all tasks met expectations and contributed effectively to project goals. Their approach is highly organized and client-focused, which facilitated a smooth and successful working relationship.

We Are Working is excellent and has been working well for me. While there are always minor areas for improvement, I would recommend that they continue refining their SOPs and focus on enhancing the quality of their existing processes to maintain their high standard of service.
