The amount of time freed up by our revenue-generating staff is about 10 hours per week. We’ve measured this through activity reports. The tasks that have been reduced are data entry and underwriting follow-ups.

The scope of work includes data entry into our agency management system, handling policy documentation/preparation, and assisting with quotes data entry for Auto, Home and Business etc,.  Ensuring consistent communication logs and activity reporting.

Overall, the experience was very positive. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be to offer slightly more proactive check-ins or suggestions for process optimization without waiting for direction. However, this did not impact the quality of the work delivered.

We had previous teammate that left Fusion on February 2024 and his replacement was not adequately trained causing a few hurdles for our organization during the summer. However, i feel we have overcome those issues and our organizations is also working on consolidating filing procedures for the upcoming year.
