LumiCup's scope of work included designing and creating a new website. The website was to be created with WordPress and include the following major deliverables: A sleek, responsive design that is search engine optimized. A user-friendly interface that is simple to utilize. A blog section where we can submit articles and news updates. An e-commerce section where customers can buy things directly from the website. Connection to our social media accounts. A contact form that allows consumers to simply reach us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because the project is still ongoing, we do not yet have any measurable results. However, Digital Minds BPO Services has so far pleased us with the quality of their work. They were able to meet all of our specifications and gave regular progress reports. We are confident that the finished product will match our standards.
