WDL Technologies is a technology-focused company and we pride ourselves in being able to deliver the right technology for our customers. One way we have stayed focused and successful is by outsourcing other business support services to companies that have the expertise. This was the goal when we engaged DelonApps to provide 3 key services for our company
3-month Telesales services with key deliverables being lead generation, lead qualification, and customer outreach to grow our customer base.
Business Process Outsourcing with the key deliverables being to handle a range of backend administrative tasks, provide graphic design services, conduct employment history background checks, onboard new staff, and streamline our internal processes for improved operational performance. DelonApps delivered this well beyond our satisfaction.
24x7 Customer Answering with the key deliverables being customer call answering during standard business hours and outside our standard business hours. DelonApps provided us with 20 agents each handling over 100 calls per day. This is an ongoing service with the potential to scale up in the coming months.
