For what projects/services did your company hire CalluX Integrated Solutions Limited , and what were your goals??

We received calls from specific clients that will address their customers issues. Callux helped us with the work load.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We choose Callux because they're a team of dedicated and hardworking individuals. The Management team is great and easy to work will with. They take the time to interact with their team and see how best they can improve individual performances

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package, including any calling tools used.

They provided us with their customer, sales, and technical support skill. They had a target of 10 sales per individual weekly (which they meet). They would answer customer issues as well as do follow-up calls and Telemarketing. Callux uses the tool that was provided by the client to us.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We have an account manager and QA. We required weekly updates on metrics and they performed well.

Callux made our metric improve, more clients our way and always the profit.

They are good team to work with. If you identify an issue, you can expect to see it resolve very soon. They listened and followed instructions well. They're a fun team. Always asking questions just to be sure.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we decided to work with them, we took a risk, but an account manager is a wonderful person. She makes sure that everything goes properly on a day to day operations. She fits herself both in customers' and employees' shoes so she knows how best to work with any situation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their improvement will be with the expanding as well as agents might get flustered a little.
