About Active Call
When Active Call started in 1998, founder Guy Melis had a clear plan in mind: a telemarketing agency focused on quality.
In his previous career he worked regularly with telemarketing agencies and saw that the emphasis was mainly on speed and scoring as much as possible.
In his eyes, it could be done differently. Active Call does not want to handle as many phone calls as possible, but to have as many good conversations as possible with your potential customers. Not to score as many leads as possible, but to make good and concrete agreements for you or your sales and account managers.
Years ago, he combined his own experiences in Sales and HR to create a great company, which he is still proud of today. The contact with different organizations and supporting various projects, but especially working with an enthusiastic team is a great challenge every day.
The driving force behind our company is our team of telemarketers and telesalespeople.
They are experienced in business and curious about you and your company. They quickly familiarize themselves with the services, products and language of your organization.
