Any problems that have occurred during our particular projects were due to us not having a crystal clear scope going into the startup process but I put that more on us than them. Part of that was us venturing into new territories and Teravision maybe not realizing our limitations. This has been a learning process for us (as far as infrastructure) and for Teravision learning our vision of our product. To that end we all struggled at times but Teravision was very good at adapting.

Onephase continues to support the project and give us support. The first is that it was a very professional development company that adapted to the budget we had. They were the only ones who used Jira as a way to document the whole process of the development in order to give transparency to other developers in the case we needed to change the provider.
