The project involves building a comprehensive web application from the ground up with several core functionalities aimed at streamlining and automating key processes within the investment management framework.

 1. Automated Monthly Statements: Develop a feature that generates monthly investment statements for clients by integrating directly with multiple broker platforms to pull real-time data.

 2. Automated Contract Generation: Create a functionality that automatically generates contracts for new clients, ensuring compliance and consistency in documentation.

 3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) System Integration: Integrate with an AML system to detect and prevent potential fraudulent activities, adding an essential layer of security to the onboarding process.

 4. Knowledge Management System: Build a knowledge repository within the application, allowing the team to document, store, and easily retrieve all analyses and research conducted by the company, supporting informed decision-making and improving organizational knowledge retention.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The web app has been fully implemented and tested, delivering seamless functionality across all specified features. We have actively used the app, and it performs flawlessly, meeting our expectations for automated statement generation, contract creation, fraud prevention, and knowledge management. The successful deployment and reliability of these features demonstrate clear progress and success in achieving the project’s objectives.

The development team demonstrated strong project management skills, providing full transparency into their progress with regular updates on daily tasks and milestones. They maintained open communication, allowing for real-time insights into their workflow. Additionally, they were highly adaptable, responding promptly and effectively to any changes in project requirements, ensuring that all deliverables were aligned with our evolving needs and were completed on time.

Develop a functionalrunning training app, with good design and data visualisation in 3 phases. 

1. App visualitaion,(Users, log ins, be available on apps stores etc) 
2. Web development, Custom training uploaded for our runners 
3. Full integration of web, app, and smartwatch api, for flowless integration: Web uploaded training > Send toour app > send to garmin app> send to garmin watch > and all the way back to collect data.
