They’re very accommodating and work with us. Initially, we had weekly meetings, which we now do biweekly. We also still have weekly meetings for about 30 minutes to an hour. We have a Microsoft Teams chat for urgent inquiries and open email communication. Bit by Bit Computer Consultants’ communication is impressive. **They’re always willing to do better**. **They take their CSAT and customer satisfaction very seriously**. We met weekly during the projects, were assigned a lead project manager who used software to show us where we stood in terms of meeting our goals. We've had delays during the COVID-19 pandemic, experienced supply chain issues, and had understaffed IT forces, but the team stayed on course. We stayed patient, and Snap Tech IT was persistent in their pursuit of more resources. Snap Tech IT's project manager team does a phenomenal job of communicating. When we have an issue, we address it openly, learn from it, and move forward. Michael has done an excellent job for us, and Snap Tech IT has created a Microsoft Excel file that is easy to follow and helps to have clarity during calls.

Snap Tech IT’s team has been extremely responsive and impeccable in their follow-through. Although they have a lot of other clients and have gotten busy, they have typically followed through on everything they've said they're going to do. Our network rarely goes down other than due to power outages in the area. We've never really been down in all my time here, and we’ve never had any security breaches. We have a lot of security in place that they’ve recommended over the years. They’ve been very helpful in keeping us updated on security, which is extremely important because we're in the financial services industry.
