She helped clean up our visuals, build systems, and keep content moving even during busy periods. We also saw several posts perform really well for reach and engagement, which helped increase visibility and set a stronger foundation for future, more revenue-focused work.

In the first few weeks there was a bit of a learning curve around feedback and response times, which is normal when someone is stepping into a fast-moving brand. She even created checklist templates to manage feedback and revisions, which made the whole process smoother and more repeatable. we would usually do a call or VC before starting a new project so we can screenshare exactly what needs to be done. Once we've done this then projects are delivered weekly and on time
