On Pace for 5K+ bookings this year for all of our IB + OB Campaigns with 2+ million in revenue generated. Near 80% CSAT score. Churn improvements of 50%+ from Q2 VS Q4, etc

What an amazing vendor to work with! Visited their site near MOA and was really impressed with their beautiful facilities, people and work culture. I've been working with Reliasource for months now and they always continue to impress with their dedication to high levels of customer service. for A strong, capable, highly proficient Disrupter BPO in the heart of Manila. I would definitely recommend Reliasource to any potential clients looking to take their business to the next level!

We used Reliasourcing to source leads, book meetings and assist us in the sales funnel

We met a few other vendors but Reliasourcing not only made a great impression on our first meeting but also ensured a seamless on-boarding of the necessary staff to fulfill multiple roles while remaining cost efficient

They provided sales development representatives to cover global operations for both inbound and outbound inquiries in order to ensure that our clients had the necessary information to move forward with their purchases. The staff that they brought on board are professionals of the highest caliber who specialized in their fields.

Our main point of contact is an account manager who handles multiple teams (depending on services required) and on some occasions communicated with the head of operations who is quite hands on

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

They are incredibly efficient and highly effective and there are days/weeks when my calendar is flooded with back-to-back meetings. We have grown our customer base to an extent that I do not think I could do on my own.

The team is quite dynamic and are quick to make the necessary adjustments to ensure quality of service. We would get daily reports and had weekly meetings to ascertain the direction with which we'd like to move to

They are proactive in dealing with us and at times brought up various roadblocks we did not consider. The quick time in which they bring in a team was also impressive
