I’m the CFO of Lush Lawn, a home services company. We provide lawn, tree, and pest care services to residential and commercial customers across Michigan, focusing on customer satisfaction and community involvement.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nevora Smart Solutions?

We needed help consolidating and pulling data from our CRM, sales software, phone system, HR platform, and accounting software to produce accurate weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports and dashboards. This would significantly reduce the time spent on manual data entry and reporting, allowing our leadership team to focus more on productivity and decision-making.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nevora Smart Solutions has helped us consolidate and pull data from our CRM, sales software, phone system, HR platform, and accounting software to produce accurate weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports and dashboards. The team has worked with existing systems and tools we already had in place. The main deliverables include sales reports, customer cancellation reports, wages for revenue reports, HR dashboards, COO dashboards, marketing dashboards, and monthly stats for sales, cancellation, and production.

Thanks to Nevora Smart Solutions' work, we've significantly reduced the time spent on manual data entry and reporting, allowing our leadership team to focus more on productivity and decision-making. As a result, we've been able to improve our internal policies, workflows, and overall operational strategy. Outsourcing this work has saved us time and money while strengthening our reporting accuracy and business performance. 
The measurable outcomes include improved reporting accuracy, consistent on-time delivery of reports, and faster adoption by our team. For example, reports pulled from the CRM are always accurate and cover the correct date ranges. Overall, we've saved 213 hours monthly on reporting tasks.
