The monthly report needed complete revision to include relevant data for the shareholders, including premium breakdown (renewal, lost, new), and expense/income forecasting.

Development and revisions to the excel based rate sheet were extensive, as it replaced 2 software programs and now serves as the only resource needed to rate and process any of the insurance products sold by the company.

Measurable outcomes were the acceptance of the rate sheet by the insurers and the brokerages, which was accomplished, reflecting its accuracy and ability to properly rate the underlying risks and price accordingly.
