BruntWork was engaged to source and support an offshore Automotive Stock Controller & Accounts Administrator for Melbourne Wholesale. The scope included identifying candidates with relevant automotive and dealer management system experience, facilitating interviews and selection, and supporting onboarding, compliance and ongoing workforce management. Key deliverables included sourcing a suitable candidate, establishing agreed working hours and service expectations, completing confidentiality and security requirements, and providing ongoing support for a role responsible for vehicle stock-in/stock-out, invoice processing, stock cost allocation, reconciliations, PPSR checks, document control and general accounts administration, with a focus on accuracy, same-day processing and timely communication.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully progressed from provider evaluation through to candidate selection and onboarding. Key measurable outcomes included comparing three offshore staffing providers, identifying a candidate with direct automotive and Eclipse DMS experience, establishing agreed working hours of 10:00am–6:00pm AEST, and implementing clear service expectations including same-day stock processing with no backlog and responses to team communications within two hours. The engagement also established appropriate confidentiality, security and onboarding requirements, creating a scalable offshore support model for Melbourne Wholesale.

Key milestones and deliverables were managed within the expected timeframes, and any matters requiring additional review were communicated clearly. The most measureable outcome isn't in percentages but rather in the satisfaction of our clients with the materials being produced for their different social media channels. Trish from Bruntwork has also taken so much off my plate by producing excellent content and it has allowed me to do other things because I can always count on her to bring her A-game every time.

We've been working with Trish from Bruntwork for a year now, and she has become such an important part of our team. We couldn't imagine working without her. She's so easy to work with, eager to learn and grow, and has an impeccable knack for applying different clients' branding to everything she produces. Her social media content is fantastic and beautifully designed every time. I can throw new clients at her or special projects and she knocks it out of the park. I can rely on her to get things done in a timely manner. She is an excellent communicator and asks great questions in the rare instances when she has a question. She gives great feedback on the accounts she works on as well and helps us pinpoint assets or gaps in coverage that would add to the success of the accounts and materials she works on. I could go on all day about how great working with Trish has been. I can count on her in a pinch, she produces quality work right out of the gate every time, and she's so refreshing and easy to work with. This first year of working with Trish has been an absolute delight and we look forward to working with her for a long time to come.
