It was not just an Agile development of native apps. For the system to work, the mobile app had to have super-easy onboarding and had to have opt-in user profiles, while at the same time providing seamless configuration of beacons. Thanks to the AGENCY04 mobile team, their knowledge, skills, and dedication, this works beautifully.
