      Fred is very clear about timelines, prioritizing projects if we introduce new projects while we are still in the middle of others and is accurate about budgets. ITS Canada is a big business that operates as a small business. This means that they are always quick to respond in person to phone calls and emails and the customer support is next level.

They communicated and explained everything clearly to ensure I understood exactly what was being done with the our programs and data. With respect to ongoing issues, the response time was almost immediate, usually within a minute or two. They truly provide excellent customer service.
