Nishan Consultancy is a Kamloops, BC-based hotel technology consultancy for independent hotels, motels and boutique properties (5 to 80 rooms) in the US and Canada. It is run by Md Nishan Amin, a former hotel operator with 6 years in Canadian hotel operations and past primary Opera PMS administrator at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre.
What we fix: channel-sync errors and overbookings, OTA room and rate mapping (Booking.com, Expedia and others), rate parity leaks, payment and VCC reconciliation, and reporting problems in Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds, Mews and SiteMinder.
How we work: a Hotel Website & PMS Health Audit first (PMS + website; free until Nov 30, 2026, regularly $200), then fixed-scope fixes or month-to-month PMS support ($300, $550 or $950 per month, hours tracked in a shared log). Websites ($800 to $3,000) are booking-engine integrated and built with the Hospai Technologies development team in Kamloops.
Founded in June 2026 by a former hotel operator. No guaranteed rankings or results; prices are published in full. Work is done remotely on North American hours. Contact by email or WhatsApp (messages only).
