Revenue is definitely up. While Basis 365 isn’t solely responsible for that, the processes, invoicing, communication, and feedback mechanisms they implemented have lowered the time that it takes to get money in the door. Our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes are much smoother and work twice as fast. They are tech-savvy. Our respective cultures are well-aligned. They like to test assumptions and run like a lean startup. Most of all, they adopt frameworks and processes that are efficient, raise productivity, and don't add unnecessary layers. They minimize admin tasks through adopting smart technologies.
