Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I had a bad experience with this company. I have been a client for more than five years with easy taxes. They made a simple mistake which means that now I owe back taxes AND accrued interest. Dimov did not apologize nor did he offer to make up for the mistake they made and reimburse me for the accrued interest.

On the contrary, he emailed me a high fee I will have to pay for him to fix HIS mistake. I did not pay for my taxes to be done incorrectly and then to pay for his/ his team's mistake. Too bad he does not value people who wanted to be loyal to him. He is quick to ask for positive reviews because he does work quickly, but now I realize that this comes at a cost. And the cost is only mine.

The measurable outcomes were both the incorrect tax filings he did and the money and interest I owe now. [tone: irony. This is not a success story unfortunately.]

The team works very quickly but also makes mistakes that cost the client money.

The speed and seeming efficiency at first. There is hardly anything that impresses me at the moment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something George Dimov, CPA could have done differently?

Plenty. They need to work on being detail oriented. This is a basic requirement for their job. Also customer service would be a good area to work on. I suppose they do not value customer loyalty, but if they do, they need to seriously work on it.
